The Property Condition Assessment Report provides appropriate due diligence for real estate transaction. Property Condition Assessments are based on a site visit where external and internal building components, department records, and drawings are evaluated. The assessment also includes interviews with property managers and engineers. PDR’s Condition Assessment Team proactively examines facilities to identify any architechtural and engineering systems deficiencies and plan for their correction.
