In a marketplace searching for help in accomplishing all of the tasks related to facilities planning, design, and construction…Project Development Resources, LLC (PDR), a Devenney Group subsidiary company, was born.

The process of project delivery – conceptualizing a capital improvement program, planning, design, construction, occupancy, move-in, start-up – has never been more complicated and so risky. The Owner is not staffed to control his destiny. Whether the project represents the largest financial investment or a small expansion/remodel of an existing facility, it will risk false starts, rely on less qualified advice, and may end up losing time, money, and quality as the end result.

PDR is in the business of managing all aspects of facilities development programs for Owners, Lenders, Investment Groups and Trusts. We are here for both Public and Private Sector clients who need someone to provide minimum and temporary supplemental assistance at any stage of a building program.
